Has anyone ever seen Joe Bonamassa? I saw him in November in Mpls. and he is an unreal guitarist. Check out the youtube videos, "12 year old Joe Bonamassa" and "Blues Deluxe(2007)".

I've seen Joe a few times in the UK. He is, in my opinion, the best blues guitarist around at the moment. His recorded output is excellent, but live he is magnificent.

I saw Kenny Wayne Shepard at MDJ17 and he was very good, but I didn't stay for the whole show. When I saw Joe B. I also expected I might get bored after a while, but he played about 18 songs and left you still wanting the show to go on. He was magnificent!

If you've never seen Joe in person before you are in for a real treat. When I saw him he played about 18 songs and it wasn't enough. His guitar playing is absolutely out of this world. He's booked out a ways already, it would be great if they could sign for the jam.

I just have to bring up Joe Bonamassa again. He's not a "popular" famous musician, but he is absolutely one of the best if not the best blues/rock guitarist in the world. Those of you that have seen him or know of him please chime in. If you haven't heard of him search for some videos of him playing. Especially the one of him as a twelve year old, you'll see that he has out of this world, savant like playing skills. It would be incredible to be able to watch Joe on a beautiful, sunny Moondance afternoon. :coolguitar:

Here's a review to wet your appetite if you don't know who Joe Bonamassa is. Once you see him live you will not understand how it can be possible for so many people to not know who he his.
