Through their website, they say their typical hours are 6am - 10pm. Not sure if that's the hours they run here as I'm not usually up by 6am, however, I have been just getting to bed at that time on many occasions

Davage is nutz, 6am... I worry about the man. That's what the wetnaps are for. I'd just like to take a quick moment to thank everyone for the advice. I for one am looking forward to some rest and relaxation. I setup the camping gear today, managed to snag one of those Coleman coffee makers for the mornings. Mmm Bailey's and coffee. We officially put together our banner last time Davage was in town, we are officially Camp Happy Buddha. No we aren't particularly religious, we just happen to share a physical resemblence. Kinda roundish, always smiling and pretty mellow. So if you are in the neighborhood and see the banner, stop in for a beer and say howdy!

Oh and don't forget to sign the banner, it's awesome to read the graffitti when we get back!

Rick tickets can be purchased at the gate, not sure about the camping though, you can call the moondance number tomorrow and they should be able to answer your question. I am sure genereal camping is still available but the campsites might be way in the back. You can find lots of people here on the site selling tickets and camping, that is your best bet, they are usually really cheap and at this point people might be willing to meet you at the gate on friday. No one wants any sites or tickets going to waste. PM some of the people that say they have tickets and they can contact you and maybe you could arrange a meeting. Good luck!!!

You have to buy two tickets in order to get a site, I am sure they understand that people might not go so camping alone most likely is fine, there are lots of people on this sit that camp alone. Plus people show up different days so it doesn't matter. Good Luck and come on by Camp Howler!!!

I'm camping alone, in the general camping so i hope they don't chuck me out in the middle of the night, or some damn thing.

Is it true they have a glass bottle patrol that digs through all your stuff when you're out taking a whizz, just so they can put the snatches on your tequila?

I have not heard of that--altho I have never camped in General. If that is true, that's crap (yeah, I said it). Hope your tequilla will be JUST fine :D Come by CH and sit a spell.

I was just jokin' about the tent search. Where is Camp Howler, I hope it ain't too far. I'm older than dirt(in fact I was in the room when the idea was first tossed around). 8-)

Use common sense in the campgrounds. I wouldn't leave valuable stuff right out in the open if you aren't going to be around the camp. Also, get to know your neighbors. Maybe they will notice if someone is going through your stuff.

At WE Fest in years past, we would sometimes hear personal alarms go off as thieves would try to make off with coolers. It appeared to be mostly underage campers on cooler patrol. We later begain locking the booze in vehicles when we were away from camp.
