So does anyone know if we can pay for all the showers at once or if we have to pay per day?

OMG Lisa, meeting all the GFam (especially you n Howler) along with Bill n Kathy has been our best memories if the Jam and why we consider this like a Family reunion. Haha, ya, The Big Squeeze, he was cool, but alas the mice ate his face and he went to Hard Lemonade Heaven.

Heather, you are so awesome, cant wait to see you guys!!!!

Good move on the chair controversy. It is nice when you see a bad decision reversed. I will make a point of spending the extra $20 somewhere. This will be our 10th Jam.

I said it on FB and I'll say it again here, the reversal decision proves that democracy is alive and well. Although I like others had no vested interest, I applaud Kathy's decision and hope with a dry run everything works out. I dont think it was ever a matter of winning or losing, just common sense, and in the end common sense prevailed.
Hope all of you colonials enjoy an amazing 4th holiday. Please try not to throw anymore tea in the water, unless of course it's a tea bag in hot water to drink :D Although on second thoughts you guys have never grasped the concept of how to make a good cuppa ;)

At Jam 4 my cousin Dean helped himself into our neighbor's camper that we barely knew, morning hours, and asked, "When's breakfast?" (didn't go over so well)

I remember when I don't remember much, Jams 12-19.

Was it Jam 11 when Deep Purple played? If I'm wrong, I'm obviously not cheating. Remember Ian Gillian coming out like a Roman statesman, all white and barefoot. Thought it was odd, but the show was amazing.

When this gal squatted a pee in the sand and yelled at everyone around her to stop looking at her. She was in the front row and used the fence to lean against. What did she expect?

When my friend Willie soiled himself during a walkabout on Jam Wednesday in North Wooded, at precisely 11:45 AM. I had no idea. He just suddenly excused himself near a porta-potty and spent 20 minutes in it. Learned the details later. Nothing more.

When I never made it back to camp in general, but decided to crash beneath the plum tree behind the guest house, in the rocks. Seemed like a good idea at the time, but it was a COLD night. You remember the Jam when it dipped to 40 or so overnight 4-5 years ago? Yeah.

Cheers!
Doug

I remember when:
-going to see Ted Nuggent in the pouring rain, underneath a canopy (everyone had gone back to the campsite) and I'm thinking to myself, "I've seen
Ted before . . . I should just go back and BAM! Lighting comes across the sky and Ted says "come on mother nature! Is that the best thing you've got!" I stood and watch to wait and see if mother nature was up for the challenge. Ted won!
-Camp Howler -- Lori waking me up in the middle of the night -- I believe it had to been 3am or so . . . I'm sleeping in my conversion van 'cuz that year it was so blasted COLD! Figured it out by then that my van was warmer than my tent (I still can't forget sleeping on my cot . . .long johns on, winter hat on my head, three shirts on, wool socks on . . . and I'm a hot person where I never get cold). Anywho . . woken up ' cuz Lisa and the crew saw something that I can't even describe 'cuz it was so rated X . . . I'm like "you woke me me up because of this". I still laugh because she scared the beecheeses out of me. \
-Sammy Haggar! I believe he was a 7pm show -- I called my baby brother (who loves Van Halen) and said "Sammy was AWESOME"
-The first year I camped and we were across the street from Camp Howler and we sat and watched them having so much fun! Also wondering how Margarittaville put up their sign.
-Seeing Hairball for the first time in the Saloon. I laughed and danced and went "whoop whoop". Love them!
-The dude who decided (the year that it was super cold) . . . that he wanted to snuggle with my friend Kubbie and Michelle in their camper. Kubie was pissed that he tried to take her blanket!
-Holwer singing in the port-a-potty some classic song. Made me laugh :D
-Getting back stage passes for REO and Rick Springfield -- love you Kubbie and Angie! LOL
-Getting up front to see Poison and me, being super short, always ask if I can stand in front of someone. Some "dude" decided to put a young lady on his shoulders (mind you, we were way up front) and I'm kinda "come on, seriously!" I was behind them. Ask if I could move in front. No response. I move in front. The young . . .ummm . . . lady proceeds to kick me in the back of my head. I thought "I don't love Poison this much":D DANG!
OK . . .I need to stop because I have so many :D -

Can't believe I'm even asking this. But I am...

JWG (or anyone else who knows for sure), is there anywhere with free WiFi on the grounds? And if not, can you point me at the closest place to have it? Will need to log on for like 10 minutes while I'm there.

I have posted another preview, this time for Bad Animals, who will kick off the mainstage at the Wednesday Pre-Jam Party. The mainstage will start and end with the music of Heart! Leni from Bad Animals says they will change up their regular setlist and play some of Heart's B-Sides and cover songs that Heart does like Led Zeppelin and The Who.

Read it at viewtopic.php?f=35&t=1382&p=32228.
The music brought me to Moondance Jam. The people bring me back.
