That would be sweet for Moondance. I hear the new cd is supposed to win back the old fans. I havent really been crazy about anything after "And The Horse You Rode In On" except a few songs on Grave Dancers Union. Seeing them in the late 80's early 90's was alway 8-) s a killer show.

Their last album The Silver Lining was absolutely killer!!! I saw them twice on that tour, at Moondance and again here in KC at an airport hangar for some road rally benefit. Probably 20-30 people there to see the band. It was like they were playing in my living room. One of the best concerts I have ever experienced.
The music brought me to Moondance Jam. The people bring me back.

What a difference a day makes. A deep breath. Some venting. Some PMs. Maybe ya talked it out with your peeps or spouses. Cool. Now we have a hint (which I suck at) and some cool chances for bands that'll be close. I think Soul Asylum would be cool to see, MN natives and all.

Probably won't have any time tomorrow to post - unless I super feel the need - cuz it's first work, then get ready to head out for more b-day celebrating.

Wishing you all a great weekend. Be good. Stay safe.

I think i just got burnt out on them. I saw them probably 8 times from 87 til 93ish when they hit it big and only once since. You know how it is when a band you love goes from packed bars to bigger venues...but i am ready to see them again for sure:-)

We still have two more to go. You are right about the weather. It is time to bust out the mower, tiller and chainsaw and cleanup the yard.

:super80das:

Change in the Weather was a Fogerty song. Maybe he's... oh, wait. He's already playing! Are you throwing us curveballs, JWG?!

Maybe Creedence Clearwater Revisited are playing Moondance too?? How cool would that be! 2 different bands, playing the same songs. That would be super cool for CCR fans.

Fogerty has to have something in his contract that would prohibit CCRevisited from playing.
The music brought me to Moondance Jam. The people bring me back.
