Heart is the closer on Saturday. I'll go clean that up on the announcements. Sorry about that. It is looking like GFR and Night Ranger before them. I have heard a little buzz about Thrusday at 5 but not enough to go any further. I do know that there will be some pretty cool tributes this year also between the main stage and closing the saloon. If you run into a dude named Floyd that hails from the Staples/Motley area and is living in a late 70s/early 80s van, he can tell you. ;)

Unless i am reading too much into the Floyd thing and it is just Floyd van and motley for hints of Van Halen, Motley Crue, and Pink Floyd tributes. That would all be fun 8-)

I would say it is an off year but it is all subjective...i dont care about any of the Thursday bands and some think that is the strongest trio. It is what it is for whatever reason. Money, routing, radius clauses. Buying early bird tickets is a risk if the bands is most of your concern...i may think twice next year but i doubt it. I expect next year to make up for a slightly down year (please let there be one). I am pretty sure when i pull out my camper on July 22nd this year i wont feel a bit cheated but everyone values their dollar differently and has different taste in music....so be it. I am still excited.

I don't care who plans when on what day.. So far I have only seen John Fogerty, Heart and GFR, and all put on great shows! Heart as a headliner... this is awesome! Ann's voice alone blew me out of the pit back in 2006! John Fogerty, Creedence Clearwater Revival... what else needs to be said there? May not be ideal for everybody BUT then again, this is a free will concert, nobody has us in contract to come. I will be there rocking my a$$ off for everybody, esp HEART!!!
Love, reign o'er me!

Well Put, I totally agree, I will still go and have a good time and listen to some music, but it is a little disappointing. I just think they were maybe one headliner off, like a def leppard, motley crue, poison , hell get boston even without brad delp lets see what happens... It may be time to just check out the other ones, not saying I wouldn't come back, but just to see what else is out there... It's like dating we may need a break to see our other options...
