Their light show would take up the whole pit.

It was obvious they couldn't hear themselves. The vocals were pretty sucky, I also would have rather had just three songs than the chopped up medley they did. I was clearly disappointed. They would be a great band for MDJ but I doubt we'll ever see that.

Did I mention that Zed Lepalin was playing at Decoy's in Hopkins on Feb 19th. I'm gonna be there, wouldn't mind runnin' into a few MDJ buddies there. 8-)

All it needed was for someone to turn down Townshend's volume. The light show was great, Daltrey's voice wasn't that bad, but I would love to see them at 19, but I guess they'd be way too many $$$$$$$$$$

yeah, my thought last night was, playing at the SuperBowl kinda puts them out of the MDJ price range. I also don't think they're actually touring anyway. My understanding was they had no plans for a tour this year. I could be wrong, in fact I'm hoping I am, I would love to see them one more time.

I'm guessing they wouldn't be Eagles money, but might be right up there. Maybe we could score one of them for an earlier show though.

So, are you trying to get cheap e-mailed side hints from Jack or did he lie to me just because he knows I like to drop them on the message board once in a while. Let me guess, you put in a Wishbone Ash request also. :D

We need some love, JWG! Everytime I catch you on here, you are chatting it up with the Country folks! Ya didn't forget about us, didja?!! :( From what Ian's said, Jack's got some good irons in the fire (that's not the right phrase, is it?!?) so am hoping for another announcement for the ORIGINAL, the CLASSIC Moondance Jam!!!

Hopefully something soon. I'm getting antsy...again...

hm, I wouldn't consider Johnny Lang Classic Rock by any stretch of the imagination and I wouldn't consider the Guess Who to be a "big" signing. The eagles would be a coup the size of knocking over the French Government. That leaves Eddy Money and Cheap Trick.

I think I pointed out that 3 of the last 4 times that REO has played MDJ so has Cheap Trick. I see that as a clear indication that that is what needs to happen.

Not saying that Eddy Money couldn't show up too, just get Cheap Trick signed up before it's too late.

Not saying, I'm just sayin......
